Kiwi V8 ace Richards impressed by Hamilton street race proposal

KIWI V8 Supercar ace Jason Richards says the proposed street race announced today for Hamilton in New Zealand is major news.

The eight year deal announced today by Hamilton Mayor Michael Redman, which sees Hamilton securing the rights to hold the Kiwi V8 round from 2008 until 2015, gives the V8 series a solid platform in New Zealand.
