International automotive software development company, Infomedia, is the latest company to partner with Tasman Motorsport for a segmented sponsorship package strategy which offers the opportunity to take prominent branding positions for nominated events in the V8 Supercar series.
Along with its world leading Microcat electronic parts cataloguing system, Infomedia also develops a specialised service menu quoting and selling system. The Superservice Menus™ system provides busy service departments with instant access to
service, repair and accessory management tools as well as improving
selling and quoting efficiency, productivity and customer service.
The partnership between Infomedia and Tasman Motorsport was secured a
little over two months ago and will feature in full when the
Superservice Menus brand adorns the sides of the team’s Holden
Commodores driven by Jason Richards and Andrew Jones for the
historymaking round in Bahrain on 22 – 24 November, as well as the
allimportant championship deciding round at Phillip Island on 8 – 10
December.
As a global provider of aftersales products to the automotive industry,
Infomedia is utilising the Bahrain and Phillip Island rounds of the
2006 V8 Supercars series to showcase its Superservice Menus product.
The association with Tasman Motorsport further extends Infomedia’s
support of Holden and its global ties with General Motors.
Tasman Motorsport Managing Director, Kevin Murphy, said, “We are
delighted to be associated with such a professional organisation.
Infomedia are innovative leaders in their field and we look forward to
a long and prosperous relationship together.”
With an existing association with Brad Jones Racing, Infomedia are not
new to V8 circles. A partnership with Tasman Motorsport is a tangible
way for Infomedia to also highlight their business relationship with,
and support for, Holden.
Infomedia General Manager, Michael Roach, strongly supports this new
partnership, saying, “We are always looking for different ways to
support the Australian automotive industry and the Tasman Motorsport
partnership provided us with a unique opportunity to support the
industry while raising awareness about our Superservice Menus product”.
Mr Roach went on to say, “Infomedia value the opportunity to be
involved with the professional and dedicated Tasman Motorsport team and
look forward to following their performances in the upcoming rounds”.
Richards and Jones head to the Supercheap Auto 1000 at Bathurst next
weekend for round nine of the V8 Supercar Championship Series.
