The new car which is going to take part to the 2007 Euroseries 3000 has been revealed today at the Bologna Motorshow
The new aerodynamic kit consists of a new front wing, along with new bargeboards, lateral flaps and top winglets.
In 2007 all the cars will also be equipped with the semi-automatic paddleshift.
Considering that the winner of the 2007 Euroseries 3000 will be offered a free test with GP2, we can affirm that, once again, F.3000 can be considered one of the shortest route to this leading series.
The 2006 format has been confirmed, with both the Euroseries 3000 and
the F.3000 Italian Championship; a title for the Teams will also be
assigned.
The calendar consists of eight events, four in Italy and four in Europe, which will mainly be held on the same GP2 circuits.
The race week-end will still be scheduled on two races with the
starting grid of Race 2 which will result from Race 1 classification
with the first eight spots inverted.
In the meanwhile the F.3000 teams will be back on track tomorrow at the
Bologna Motorshow: the challenge will be between Fisichella Motor Sport
(Di Cienzo-Cester), Minardi Team (Rigon-Ippoliti), Euronova Racing (Di
Sabatino-Dracone), Avelon Formula (Solieri-Lancieri) and Auto Sport
Racing (Vilander-Belluardo).
