Rallycross will have its debut at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in 2007.
The Organisers of the track are building the Rallycross-Track in these days. It will take place in the Part C of the track.
The track wont be provisional, the Motorarena Oschersleben is still planning for 2008 and so on. The organising team is rebuilding the Sand-Beds to prepare a proper gravel line. The mixture of tarmac and gravel will be 65 to 35% on the 1150m long track. The new gravel part will be a fast curve (Flat-Out), followed by a straight and a sharp corner back on tarmac.
We would like to see you - not only - at the opening round of the
german Rallycross Championship. On friday there will be a 5 hours
(13-18h) test-time on the rallycross track, but the organizers need 100
EURO per car - three days of Testing.
Foreign driver wont pay the entry-fee - Racing is free!
In addition in planning: Participant meeting, presentation of support
services, product presentations, meetings of press editors and some
more. Among other things the racing course is opened occasionally for
free driving on and the paddock is in order as well as the pits for
drivers.
