All Ferrari Front Row for Silverstone 2-Hour Race |

The VRS Motor Finance Ferrari 430 of Adam Wilcox and Phil Burton will head up the grid for Round 8 of the 2007 Avon Tyres British GT Championship, with the CiM Ferrari 430 of Hector Lester and Tim Mullen alongside them on the front row with just 0.005 seconds between them after the 30-minute qualifying session.
Another four thousandths behind the leading pair the Team Modena
Lamborghini Gallardo of Adam Jones and Matt Owen heads up row two, with
the Mosler MT900 of Kevin Riley and Ian Flux in 4th after the car
suffered a low voltage battery problem for the entire session. The
Aston Martin DBRS9 of Jonny Cocker and Paul Drayson and the Damax
Ascari KZ1R of Tommy Erdos and Steve Keating are on Row 3 just ahead of
the Tech 9 Porsche of Matt Harris and Tom Ferrier and the Eclipse
Mosler of Craig and Elliott Cole.
The number 2 Aston Martin of Michael Bentwood and Tom Alexander and the
Team Berlanga Ascari of Erik Zwart and Michael Greenhalgh round out the
top 10 for Round 8.
The RSS Performance Porsche 996 of Graeme Mundy and Jamie Smyth claimed the
GTC class pole after the Team Aero Morgan of Steve Hyde and Keith
Ahlers failed to appear due to the team deciding to change the V8
engine after problems in free practice.
Round 8 of the 2007 Avon Tyres British GT Championship is due to get underway at 11:45 and lasts two hours.
