In just over one week the 2006 GP2 Series Prize Giving Ceremony featuring the Fifth Annual Winning Attitudes Awards Charity Dinner will take place. Starting at 19:00 on Sunday September 10, 2006 at the Sporting Club, Monza, Viale Brianza #39, the evening will form the conclusion of what has been a tremendous season of racing.

With the drivers’ championship still finely poised, the event will see either Lewis or Nelson crowned 2006 Champion, while the battle for third place still rages between Alex and Timo. In the fight for the teams’ trophy, ART Grand Prix will be crowned GP2 series champions for the second year in succession, while Piquet Sports and iSport International have just three points between them in the race for second position.
