European VdeV Sportscar Championship - all five rounds won by Mountune engined cars PDF Print E-mail

The 5th round of the very popular European VdeV Sportscar Championship at Spa had over 80 cars take the grid on August 25th.

At the finish after 6 hours of racing, Mountune engined cars filled the first three places and 5th and 7th. In first place was the G Cat Norma driven and prepared by Greg Caton and Rowland Kinch, second was the Mardlin/Croydon Juno and third was the Phillips/Garofall Spirit Racing Norma.

So far this year, Mountune engine cars have taken all five pole positions and all five wins in this Championship. The engines are 2 litre Group CN 4 cylinder Hondas producing around 250bhp and rev limited to 8200 rpm by the regulations. Pectel provide the electronics.
