Formula S2000 Exposed PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 13 September 2007
International Formula Master’s (IFM) single-seater, the Formula S2000, will be on display at the 62nd International Motor Show (IAA) from 13 to 23 September in Frankfurt, Germany, thanks to the Series’ main partner Yokohama ADVAN tyres.

The race car which runs on Yokohama ADVAN tyres has received high praise since its launch in January and features at the IAA as part of the Yokohama stand.
Opening today to trade visitors, the International Motor Show features the world’s main automotive manufacturers amongst 1,081 exhibitors from more than 40 countries.

“This year’s theme for the IAA is ‘See what’s driving the future’ which has been at the heart of the Formula S2000’s design,” said IFM Series Director Mauro Sipsz. “I hope many visitors take the time to stop by the Yokohama stand and see the Formula S2000; although seeing it in action is likely to be more fun, it remains a great looking car!”

Speaking of the continued association between Yokohama and International Formula Master, Yokohama Europe Motorsport Manager Matthijs Mathlener said: “IFM has been and continues to be an extremely exciting project to be involved with and the Series’ success in its first year has been a great achievement both for the organisers and ourselves.

“The Formula S2000 is a great racing car and has shown time and time again its versatility, speed and power which have provided IFM fans with some great racing so far this year.”

IFM rounds 13 and 14 will take place at Brands Hatch, United Kingdom on 22 and 23 September 2007.
