Greaves Junior debuts on TBR home ground |

Following a successful post-Spa test the team is upbeat about its pace which was borne
out in the
times set in practice this afternoon. On top of being second on the timing
sheets with a time of
1:38.609 the team had a new driver at the wheel. Having shown
impressive performances in the Radical SR8 Jacob Greaves, son of team owner and
driver Tim, is driving at the team’s home track in the UK. Jacob drove well in the
testing at Donington and continued to get to grips with the
Radical SR9 today.

“Jacob’s had a really good season in SR8s and his pace in testing warranted putting
him in the
SR9 for the Silverstone race. Today’s times showed that he has the
potential to be a strong team
member on merit. The Donington test went well and I’m
pleased with today’s times. Hopefully
tomorrow we’ll be even quicker.”
