What?
Children from charity organisation CanTeen, one of the official
charities of this year’s Lexmark Indy 300, will be in for a special
treat as V8 Supercar driver Mark Winterbottom introduces them to the
high speed thrills of the Orrcon Hyper Stimulator.
The Hyper Stimulator electronically recreates the sensation of
being in the driver’s seat of a V8 Supercar during a drive of the 4.47
kilometre Surfers Paradise street circuit, which Winterbottom will
contest in real life during the V8 Supercar Challenge at this year’s
Lexmark Indy 300 from October 18-21.
CanTeen, the official Australian Organisation for Young People
Living with Cancer has a long association with the Lexmark Indy 300,
and through the sale of Bandannas and other fundraising activities has
managed to raise valued funds that have assisted with their many
ongoing programs that assist children whose lives have been affected by
cancer.
