A1GP World Cup of
Motorsport will be held at Brno circuit in the
Czech
Republic.
Hong Kong driver Marchy Lee,
after a strong performance in the driver selection process, will be making his
debut with A1 Team China as the team's official
second driver.
According to the new
rules of A1GP, the first practice session on Friday morning is only open for
rookies. Therefore Marchy will be responsible for the important job of gathering
data for the team. Marchy Lee has already won high praises from the team manager
and engineers during his first tests with the team.
"Marchy's adaptability
and technique are very good. He could provide us with accurate suggestions and
feedbacks, providing a lot of help for the team to improve its
results."
"We hope that in the
upcoming Czech
Republic race, Marchy can use his
experience to fully utilize the 1 hour practice session and gather as much data
as he can for the team, so that we can set the car up correctly for the weekend.
We believe that with the team and drivers working together, A1 Team
China will be rewarded with
great results this season." Team manager Wener Gillis
said.
