Kuba Giermaziak to make Eurocup debut! |

After a successful first season
in the Formula Renault Northern European Cup, in which he finished in 10th
place, Kuba Giermaziak is set to take part in the final round of the
Eurocup, held this weekend in Barcelona.
The decision comes as both Kuba
and Motopark Academy begin to make preparations
for the 2008 season. Team Manager Timo Rumpfkeil commented that “It was really good to work with Kuba this
season! He has made a lot of progress and we know there is more to come. We
decided to have him drive in the final Eurocup round so that we can
evaluate his level there, and have a better idea of what we need to work on
in the winter.”
Kuba himself is delighted with
this opportunity to take part in such a competitive championship. “This is great news! I know it will be a
very tough weekend, but I am ready for it. I know that everyone in the team
will give me good support there and I will do my best to get a good result!”
commented the young Polish driver before the weekend.
The 7th and final
round of the 2007 Formula Renault Eurocup is held in Barcelona, from October 26 to 28, as part
of the famous World Series by Renault event.
