Percat fastest in testing |

Testing this week at the New South
Wales circuits of Oran Park and Eastern Creek concluded today
with Nick Percat Fastest on both days.
“I was happy with yesterday’s result, having never been
to Oran
Park in a Formula Ford, to
come out on top was a nice result” commented Percat after posting the fastest
time of the day with his Sonic Mygale.
“We worked through our entire program, and I feel that we
made good progress overall” added Nick before leaving with the Sonic boys for
day 2 at Eastern Creek.Arriving early at Eastern Creek, which will host Round 1
of the 2008 National Formula Ford Championship in March, Percat and Sonic worked
through the testing program they had allocated, and concluded the day once again
with the fastest time.
“Very happy with that” said Percat on posting the fastest
time of the day and well under the existing lap record.
“That last session on old rubber was good considering the
temperature here today was pretty high! And overall I am happy with the balance
of the car, and the speed we have found” smiled Nick on reviewing the day whilst
packing up with the rest of the Sonic Team.
Further testing will be completed in the coming weeks,
prior to Round 1 kicking off on the 7th of March at the
Creek!
