Brannam declares "Kart Fest" a huge success |

Multiple go kart champion and aspiring formula car racer Jessica Brannam had a very busy weekend.
Jessica had her own display at the 16th annual “Kart Fest International” trade show. She wanted to have her own booth for the purpose of showcasing her sponsors products and as a way to thank them for their many years of support.
 Many attendees stopped by Jessica's booth. She took the time to talk to everyone that had questions for her. “I was happy to tell people about the products I use” she said. “However, my favorite part was talking to all the people that stopped by to say they were thinking about getting into karting and asked for my advice”, Jessica admitted.
Show promoter, Darrell Sitarz, was so impressed with the advice Jessica was giving, he asked her if
she would be interested in conducting a seminar next year for people wanting information about getting started in go kart racing. “I told Mr. Sitarz I would love to do it” Jessica said. “I have gotten so much help in my racing career, it would be a pleasure to help others that need it”.
Mr. Sitarz was not the only one impressed with Brannam's representation of herself and her sponsors. Several other companies, with displays at the show, stopped by to talk to Jessica about her success in karting. Jessica was able to convince a few of them to join her “team” and become her newest sponsors. Also, the “Karting Industry Council” asked her to become their official spokesperson.
Kart Expo International is the oldest and largest show devoted to kart racing in North America. The show is truly an International affair with manufactures from all over the world coming together to display their products. Kart Expo is held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL.
