The world leading Brett Stevens Racing team has made an unprecedented announcement that it currently has a once in a lifetime opportunity to ‘live the dream’ as a professional motorsports superstar. A dominating force in the ANDRA Championship Drag Racing series, the team has advertised that it is seeking both a Top Doorslammer driver and Nitro Harley Top Bike pilot to join what is already the largest professional motorsport team in Australia.
“As well as someone that has all of the obvious mechanical and driving skills, I am also looking for someone that will be able to gel well and be a team player.” “The successful applicants will have to adapt to being a part of the countries largest motorsport team, cast into the spot light with our highly successful racing program, and also a team representative at a corporate level which is now more important than ever.” “Whether they are existing Group One racers or come from further a field in the ranks we will have to see.” Operating at the elite levels of the sport, the Brett Stevens Racing team currently races seven Group One vehicles including three 3000 horsepower Top Doorslammers, two Nitro Harley Top Bikes, one Top Alcohol Funny Car, and one Pro Stock Bike. As a multiple Championship winning and World Record setting operation, the 2007/2008 season has been one of the most successful to date with the team having taken home 9 winners trophies and currently leading 3 out of the 4 Group One ANDRA Championship Drag Racing brackets it competes in, and is coming second the other one. As apart of the countries leading Drag Racing team, there has never been a better time to join the sport as it receives unprecedented growth and exposure by way of the new ANDRA Championship TV contract. In these positions you will be challenged with multi-tasking as the face of a Team sponsor, drive a world leading 3000 horsepower Top Doorslammer or Nitro Harley Top Bike in the ANDRA Championship Drag Racing series, be part of a crew of mechanics on your race vehicle at the track, and service and build race engines in the workshop. Based at our Narangba workshop north of Brisbane, you will also be required travel regularly to events around Australia. The successful applicant will be reliable, display an ability to work independently, a strong and professional work ethic, and ability to learn and work as a team player.
