Modifications to the 2008 calendar PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 21 March 2008
Due to the bad weather in the first two days of open testing on the Vallelunga track the organization, together with the teams, decided to add another test session for the Thursday before the first event of the season on the same Italian circuit. Another new on the already rich calendar of the Euroseries 3000: after Italy, Spain and Belgium, also France enters the 2008 calendar, with an event on the Magny-Cours track scheduled for the weekend of 21st September, replacing the second event at Valencia originally scheduled for the 28th of September.

After the first weekend in Vallelunga, the F.3000 teams will then move to the legendary track of Spa-Francorchamps (1st June), the 29th June in Spain on the Valencia track and then in Italy again with the double event on the Mugello (20th July) and Misano Adriatico (14th September) tracks. The next weekend the Lola B02/50 Zytek will come back again on track in France in Magny – Cours for the sixth event of the season. The great finale will be in Spain with the events at Jerez de la Frontera (19th September) and Barcellona on the 2nd November.
