V8 StockCar Road Racers Head to Roebling Road for Round Three PDF Print E-mail

The V8 StockCar Road Racing Series racers are headed to Roebling Road Raceway near Bloomingdale, Georgia for round three of the championship points series.  Running with the Buccaneer Region of the SCCA at their annual Jim Stark Memorial SARRC event.Roebling, a fun, but difficult to master 2.02 mile road course is a favorite of many stock car racers with it's technical back side and its' 2600 foot long front straight that allows the fastest cars to hit 170 m.p.h.
  Among the competitors expected are the class point leaders, Tony Amico, (V8GTA) "Caddy's on the Beach" Monte Carlo, Paul Breehne, (V8SPO) "Danisa Enterprises" Monte Carlo, and Dave Machavern, (V8GT1) "Heritage Automotive Group" C6 Corvette.  Also expected to compete are 2006 & 2007 V8 GT1 champ Jeff Emery, Former V8 SPO Champ,
"Wild Bill" Smith, former SPEED GT racer Charles Wicht in his multi-track record holding
SNAP ON TOOLS Monte Carlo, 2007 V8 GTA Champ Jay Marshall, MIKE COPE RACING, Cheyenne Asphalt Inc Monte Carlo......and more.
