J.D. Motorsport's Chris van der Drift won his second race of the weekend today
in Valencia, Spain, having started from eighth place.
The
22-year-old equalled last year's champion Jérôme D'Ambrosio's claim of two wins
in one weekend and reinforced his lead in the Drivers Classification.
Both
second and third places went to Formula Master rookies with Trident Racing's
Harald Schlegelmilch finishing in second and Jenzer Motorsport's Fabio Leimer
claiming third.

"I
knew today would be hard to win; from eighth place, there was a lot of work to
do. It rained just before the race so the track was very slippery, which made it
even more of a challenge but we did it!"
