Neal Wins In 300th BTCC Race PDF Print E-mail

Matt Neal has won the second of today’s (Sunday) three Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship rounds at the Croft circuit in North Yorkshire.

Team Halfords driver Neal lunged past SEAT’s Jason Plato, who had led from pole position, on the penultimate lap to take victory in what was his 300th BTCC race.

Team RAC’s Colin Turkington and Team Halfords’ Gordon Shedden took third and fourth after passing SEAT’s James Thompson together on the final lap. Shedden set the race’s fastest lap time as he fought his way through from 12th on the starting grid.
