Kidderminster racing driver Nathan Freke will be competing at rounds 5 and 6 of the UK Formula Ford Championship at Snetterton this coming weekend. Currently lying second in the championship the importance of winning this weekend cannot be over emphasised. ‘ We really need to start winning at this meeting if we are to close the gap on the championship leader. I have been the quickest in open testing at Snetterton in recent weeks and I am confident that we can get the job done this time out.’ comments Nathan. Driving in the Newnet sponsored Mygale / Ford Duratec car Nathan was recently featured as the ‘One to Watch’ in the 2006 season by the Autosport Magazine, who commented that Nathan has the ability to go to the top in motorsport and is the driver most likely to challenge the current championship leader for the title.
