LAST MINUTE GRAB FOR POLE

With barely a minute of qualifying remaining, Victorian Daniel Richert screamed around Mallala Motorsport Park and snatched pole away from his rivals for round four of the Ebanc Trade Commodore Cup.

He elected not to fit new tyres for qualifying, staying with his race set from the previous Phillip Island round.
